in order to have a More Perfect Union we must harmonize the interests of all citizens, even though everyone rightly has their own interests at heart (this isn't even necessarily selfishness; a good father is looking out for the interests of his family and community that the family lives in)
this can help us to Rescue the Republic
The government which is able to justly and uprightly harmonize all interests is the one that can claim the Mandate of Heaven i.e. the right to rule
