Resume

From August 2024 to March 2025, I worked as a Product Designer on contract with Ramp via Turbo Design Agency, primarily supporting the Ramp Travel team. During this period, I helped design and ship major improvements across flight, car rental, and hotel booking experiences. Roughly 80% of the work I contributed went live during my contract, and my designs received positive feedback from both users and internal stakeholders.

For flights, I redesigned the search results interface to support a more information-dense grid layout, enabling faster decisions between cabin classes like Economy, Business, and First. I also explored and prototyped improvements for multi-city bookings and loading states to make the process feel smoother and more intuitive. On the car rental side, I designed the first fully integrated booking flow within the Ramp UI—previously, users had to book rentals externally and submit reimbursements manually.

For hotel bookings, I enhanced the existing flow by incorporating AI-generated review summaries and exploring new layouts for room and amenity selection. I also contributed to design system updates, decluttered the map view, and introduced subtle nudges to improve feature discoverability, particularly for the iOS and iPad apps. I collaborated closely with PMs and engineers and used Figma throughout to deliver polished, production-ready work under tight timelines.
