Perhaps a good incentive would be that everyone's monthly subscription should be as used up as possible because whatever isn't disbursed to various pages goes to WeWrite itself.
Why? Because we don't want users "filling up a bank" of funds, thus getting rid of the subscription model. Also we're not a bank lol.
WW should resist being incentivized by low disbursement rates, we ought to be fully sustainable even when users disburse ALL funds to pages, via the WeWrite Fee
