Daily notes will be Private pages by default, meaning that you can Go to today's daily note as a quick scratchpad to jot quick ideas
"I don't have anything important to say" can be addressed by drafting things in your daily note and then eventually they mature and grow into something worth sharing
Scratchpad is not a separate feature. It's just "go to daily note, which is always private"
Notion embarrassingly made this into an explicit feature. Stop bolting features onto things, start building the thing whose pure form scratches the itch. With love ❤️
