Perhaps if you're logged out on the home page we could show a Landing page ?
Actions we want them to do
Create page -> create account
Edit page -> create account
Create account
Could even show them their Reading history so they can go back to pages they've visited, which would eventually be added to their account once they log in or create an account
Even if they come back tomorrow, we should still show them their reading history. This will hopefully improve User retention
