Humans could help to build AI automation technologies by manually labeling and annotating what work they've done in the past.
Particularly useful for AgentOS.
I should be able to give AI a time-lapse video (sped-up video) of me working in Final Cut Pro X (for example) and I should be able to annotate a section of the video to say "this step was importing all the good clips from the footage into the timeline" and then "this step was editing the video clips to match the timing of the music"
