All about how great CEOs focus most of their energy on unblocking the Constraints and then once they’ve done that they step away and go look for the next constraint to unblock
They work really hard but not on the daily grind but rather on helping their team succeed and their leaders under them to flourish
Unsustainable operations shall not be sustained
To double your revenue, it's very unlikely that you're able to work twice as hard. You need to come up with better systems.
