the monopolists and the imperialist bourgeoisie through corporate lobbying and their control of the bourgois state prevent new entrants to protect their profits from competition
meanwhile in China they have a freer market because the Communist Party of China doesn't allow monopolists to have any rights or freedoms (good!)
