In English the saying has connotations; resignation, confusion, irony.
This is because our society does not recognize the cosmic principle, most of all. Capitalist culture only sees discrete values and discretely useless and valuable people.

The saying originally comes from Cervantes' Don Quixote, Vol. 2, Chapter VI: "De todos ha de haber in el mundo."
"Must have all (kinds) in the world." Communists turn the "haber" in the quote to 'facer', to remake the world by the working class and its cosmic principle.
