Ray Peat diet: High carbs, saturated fat never PUFAs (seed oils), and high calcium (vs phosphate) - minimize oxidative stress

Before peating- Often cold, lazy, tired, woke up tired and not hungry, slow, often late, easily fatigued.
Personal experience related to Peating: Felt great off sugars for many years, but had little calcium and small bones. Bad lungs too. Started bulking off seed oils but felt really fatigued all the time.
Day 1- Muscles appear fuller
Day 2- Feel raise in testosterone, possibly more facial hair
Day 5- Less urges for short term dopamine
Day 7- Ate beef liver for dinner. Felt perfectly tired before bed. Woke up in the night to eat cereal. Arose in the morning with full muscles, good blood flow, and hungry.
Day 8- Morning: Felt so much energy in me that I moved faster in everything. Energy went down hours after missing breakfast tho.
Evening: Very active in cold weather without fatigue or feeling cold: ie heightened metabolism. However, when exposed to heated seat after sports, felt sick, almost vomited, brain felt tired, started sweating terribly. Maybe too much liver or "too" high metabolism.
Day 9-10- Small portions of beef liver.
Day 11- Final portion of beef liver for now. Great energy as always. At this point, normal beef began to taste terrible, a sign of too much iron. Note for future: Vitamin C is used to process iron.
Day 14- Doubted Peat on seed oils because ChatGPT said omega 3 PUFAs are ok, and Chinese eat them. Cooked dinner with sesame oil and peanut butter.
Felt absolutely drained of energy that night. Finally regained energy hours after dinner.
Day 15- Woke up exhausted due to last night's seed oils. Extremely slow.
By nighttime, felt unusually stress free (despite schoolwork).
Day 16- Stress of schoolwork, but felt good off carbs. Great mood all day. Laughing unusually often. Standing completely straight.
Also more capable of tolerating cold and not eating. Making showers lukewarm. Considering cutting to burn PUFAs.
Downside of less stress - A little lazy and procrastinative on schoolwork. But more motivated in personal life - deep cleaned room and reorganized.
Day 17- Abs doubled. Under intense flexing, abs, formerly 4 in the middle and 2 on the sides, have become 6 in the middle and 6 on the sides.
