What other bad behaviors might arise?
Someone might make a Group with nobody else in it just to organize their pages. This is not what they're used for. We need to make it obvious how groups should be used so that they can be used to their fullest potential. Perhaps groups MUST contain one other user? i.e. you can't make a group for just yourself.
What obnoxious behaviors might arise? How can we put in pro-social guardrails which incentivize good behavior?
