since workers aren't materially incentivized to automate their current job (only bosses or managers are incentivized to do that), there should be an app or site where workers can intricately describe how their previous job could be automated or friction improved
WeWrite could be used for this, if everyone wrote about what they do and how they do it, we could replace them with AI agents or Robotics
My previous job as a product designer is largely being replaced since there's no need to design things in Figma anymore, now designers can just Vibe coding things in real code, basically becoming front-end engineers
